Gavin West
President and CEO
Over the past 20 years, Mr. West served in senior leadership roles or advised numerous early-stage MedTech and defense technology companies. He holds and undergrad from the United States Naval Academy and completed his master’s at Johns Hopkins Carey School of Business.
Prior to his career in Medtech, Mr. West served as a Marine Officer and conducted numerous combat tours in infantry, intelligence, and special operations roles with the USMC, JSOC, and the national intelligence community. Mr. West is passionate about veteran’s issues and serves on the Board of Directors of Retrieving Freedom, a nonprofit dedicated to providing guide dogs to veterans and children with autism.
Anja Glisovic-Rösch (PHD)
Founder and Chief Technology Officer
Dr. Glisovic-Rösch has 2 decades of experience in senior project management and material development roles throughout both public and private sectors. She received her Bachelors of Science in Experimental Physics from the University des Saarlandes and completed her PhD in Physics at the Georg-August University, Göttingen. Dr. Glisovic-Rösch served in the German Armed Forces as head of the mobile radiological lab as well as lead officer for CBRN (Chemical, Biological and Radiological) Reconnaissance in the German CBRN-Defense Command. Dr. Glisovic-Rösch currently holds seven material related patents and two provisional patents.
Josh Gravely
Josh Gravely has 20+ years of expereince brining new technologies to market. His professional experience includes transitioning traditional forestry practices to green biomass and renewable products. A significant portion of his time has been spent in high risk industries focusing on safety technologies for oil and gas extraction, mining, and the armed forces. He holds multiple patents with defense applications in the United States and abroad. Josh was a member of the 2005 Big South Championship team as an offensive lineman for Charleston Southern University, contributing to the school's first-ever football championship in its history. He holds a degree from the University of South Carolina.

Steve Gravely
Chief Financial Officer
Steve Gravely has served as President of the Consulting Group of Jocassee, Inc. since 2003. Over his career, he has led the successful start-up of 25 manufacturing plants across the globe and overseen more than 300 new product introductions for major corporations including Michelin, AT&T, NCR, Fluor/Maruti (India), and Fluor/General Motors.
Previous to his career in finanance & consulting, Mr. Gravely served as an R&D Computer Systems Integration Manager at NCR and as the Director of Operations for AT&T’s Global Information Solutions (NCR), overseeing manufacturing facilities in Brazil, California, and South Carolina. His consulting expertise spans pharmaceuticals, forestry, and corporate turnarounds. He routinely lectures on forestry issues for the South Carolina Forestry Commission. Mr. Gravely earned his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Clemson University in 1973, and he holds three patents in military-related R&D.
